Yes! Once your custom order slot is secured, we will send over a preview of the prepared final artwork layout for your green light before it hits the laser workbench.
Please note: This is a flat preview of the digital design file itself to confirm the placement, scaling, and composition. Because laser engraving physically etches into the textured surface of the binder, we are unable to provide a photorealistic or 3D mockup of the final physical transfer. This step is purely to ensure you are 100% happy with the artwork selection before production begins!
No, we do not use printed inks or colors. Laser engraving works by permanently etching your design directly into the premium textured finish of the binder, exposing a clean, high-contrast layer underneath. This creates a striking, debossed look that catches the light beautifully and unlike print, will never fade, peel, or scratch off.
Standard Collection: Orders typically pack and ship within 1–3 business days.
Custom Builds: Because these are entirely crafted to order, please allow 7-10 business days for production. This gives us time to perfect your artwork, run the precision laser engraving, and quality-check the piece before it leaves the lab. (Note: Shipping transit times are calculated on top of production time).
